Poor quality: my feedback

I’ve had this for laundry basket for a while now and still can’t get it to stand straight. I followed directions and used a steamer to try to get creases out but cannot. One strap also broke after only three uses of the basket and the other side is on the verge of breaking. Extremely disappointed in this purchase.

Pros

Super durable, handles hold up to heavy loads and looks so much better than the plastic laundry baskets!

Cons

May have a strong odor when first opened
