Not well design, menufacoring errors

Some of the holes are drilled in the wrong side, unable to install the metal rods.The shelf has bumps on the outside edge, books not standing straight.

Difficult to assemble, pieces don''t match up to the directions for assembly. Some of the holes are missing and I will have to drill holes into sides of bookcase to make this even part way work. I have no idea how sturdy this bookcase will be or if it will meet my needs when I purchased it, I am sure there are other better choices available.
