On Joom, everything is straightforward: I took a photograph of a subpar item, sent it along with a comment, and you got your money back. But the goods typically arrives as expected. And in this case, it's merely a swindle.
- Because the thing is good in and of itself, it is insulting that it arrived broken.
- Arrived damaged! How can you treat the items with such contempt? Or maybe they threw a box there. Because it is so thick, the glass won't break easily. So, the shipment is at fault.
