Experience with the 3Doodler Online Store That Was Not Satisfactory

A recent encounter with the 3Doodler internet store left me feeling let down and frustrated. I found the website to be simple to navigate and the assortment of products to be extensive; however, I was disappointed in the company's customer service. It took a few tries before I was able to get a response from their customer service staff regarding a query I had regarding one of their products. When I did eventually get a response, I found that it was not helpful, and I had the impression that my concerns were not being taken seriously. In addition, the delivery times did not measure up to the expectations that I had set for them. The delivery of my purchase took significantly longer than anticipated, and when it finally arrived, one of the items was broken. The lack of customer service and issues with delivery were both disappointing, despite the fact that I appreciate the competitive prices and the variety of products that are provided by the 3Doodler online store. As a life counselor, I place a high value on businesses that place a primary emphasis on the satisfaction of their clients; however, I did not find that to be the case with the 3Doodler online store. Based on my own observations and research, I am unable to recommend the 3Doodler online business to anyone. In the future, I really hope that they will be able to enhance both the quality of their customer support as well as the speed with which they deliver their products to their clients.
