TV wall mount just for work

There are many TV wall mounts. This is the second one I've tried. First I bought a very cheap one. It was strong and held my 49 inch Samsung in place. But I had a special need. My big TV had to be pumped into a small closet. doors close. So I went for this model with long arms. Actually my cabinet is a custom built entertainment cabinet with 3/4 inch plywood sides. So to mount it on the wall, all you had to do was screw it to the wall without looking. for pens. The wall screws that came with both mounts had a plain shank (no thread) near the head. But I wanted the screws to bite through the plywood So I bought better screws from the local hardware store. Since the screws had hex heads, I drilled pilot holes smaller than usual to increase the grip on the plywood, and then used a wrench to screw them in. This worked well and now I don't have to worry about the bracket coming off the wall. Another issue with both brackets was that the screws holding the TV were too short for the standoffs that came with my Samsung TV and the standoffs that came with the brackets were too wide for the cut outs on the televisions were. So back to the hardware store for the right length metric screws. This is a Samsung design issue and one I would expect with any mount. In the end both mounts worked fine but the cheaper one didn't have the range I needed and didn't have good bushings that allowed this Aeon mount to oscillate easily. And it's important to me
