Order brand new item and received used item

Ordered a new item and was sent a used item. Finger prints, scratches, and worn out threads on the bolts. Had to improvise to set it up to make up for the damage from it being used.

The ramp can be easily removed and stored separately if not needed

Cons

Can make it more difficult to park in parallel spots or tight spaces
