Review on Adjustable Wooden Slant Board For Calf Stretches - Navaris Incline Wedge Ramp With Non-Slip Surface Grip For Effective Exercise by Julpikz Bellemy

Great Board to stretch your calves

I have tight calves and prone to shin splints. Used a board like this in physical therapy and was the only exercise that I could feel really stretching my calves, so that's why I decided to get one myself. Has multiple angles of incline and grips so your feet don't slip. If you're not using the board on carpet the board tends to move forward, so I have to keep against a wall. After a few weeks of using a couple times a day, my calves are looser and don't have pain and tighten when I walk more than a mile.

Pros
  • My son in law was thrilled with this! Very sturdy and well made. Adjust easily.
Cons
  • The slant board only has two inclines and one is too much. There's not middle level incline
