Review on Kitchen machine Kenwood Cooking Chef XL KCL95.004SI by Ada Sztajerowska ᠌

Everything about the purchase suits me, a very necessary product.

I bake bread: wheat and rye. For wheat I use sourdough from a very tight dough. That's why I bought this model. From just 180 grams of flour, the machine kneads a small ball of ideal quality dough. I used to do it by hand and wash the blender, glasses, spatula bowls and gluten spoons afterwards. It is quite difficult and the sea poured out water. Now I weigh everything directly into the bowl, I broke the lumps of sourdough with the K-nozzle, added flour through the window in the lid and replaced it with a dough hook and voila - my lump of perfectly smooth dough is ready. Rolling is a pleasure). Now Christmas baking for me will be one continuous joy. Thanks to the manufacturer and seller! Special thanks for the delivery. They brought it quickly, the car was packed in THREE craft boxes, and only then my own. Instructions with basic data in 2022 printed by the seller. They also offered an excellent promotion for the cost and additional bonuses from the ambassadors.

Pros
  • Sturdy, durable and comes with great attachments. For me, the main dough hook: steel, weighty, just like a spiral. Also for sticky rye dough, a soft mix nozzle with a silicone rim is good. Anyone who kneaded rye dough by hand knows what a difficult process it is. Built-in scales, heating and even steaming. Extended warranty and service center in 2022.
Cons
  • Price. But this was decided through installments from Tinkoff.
