Everything is fine, there are only minor drawbacks.
After further consideration, I decided to re-rate this product. After reinstalling Windows, I was finally able to use the microphone on my computer, which was the biggest drawback before. The skype microphone doesn't function, and the assistance is terrible overall. In spite of this, I still think you should go ahead and drop the (about) $45 on a pair of headphones.
- One, there is a muting effect. Second, you have the option of a wireless or wired connection.
- One, the microphone is not compatible with the provided cable. Second, eliminating ambient sound while listening makes for an unpleasant experience. Third, the sound quality is subpar, and the JBL app is not compatible with the smartphone, so you cannot adjust the equalizer settings. Four, a 1.5-hour listening session uses up a battery in an hour.
