Review on Microsoft Ergonomic 5KV 00001 Certified Refurbished by Adam Bronisz ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Nothing special, there are positive and negative sides.

Before that, I used a set from Lenovo: keyboard + mouse. There is no ergonomics in that set, but everything worked without failures and, in general, the workmanship is at the level. I decided to switch to an ergonomic solution from Microsoft. Bought Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop Black on ebay.Com On the very first day after unpacking, strange glitches began. Everything was determined with a bang, only after a minute of work the keyboard fell off and did not work. Only the mousecomntinued to work. At the beginning, there were thoughts of sending thiscompy back to the store. The next day after reading the forums and those. Microsoft support realized that in general, many people have such problems. I tested my kit on a working Lenovo X1 Gen4. The keyboardcomnsistently refused to work. Everything seemed to work on the home Asus n56VB. After some manipulations, the situation improved. Here are some links that might be helpful: Now I actively use the product, in general, after the usual keyboard, the transition was quick, I got used to it in acomuple of days and began to type as before, only morecomnvenient.

Pros
  • The keyboard gives support to the wrists. Comfortable Mouse comfortable
Cons
  • It is inconvenient to open the cover at the bottom of the mouse to hide the transmitter there. It's hard to imagine how a $50 mouse could have such a design. You need an iron nail to successfully perform this manipulation. In the vast majority of mice for $ 5, this is much better. Not without glitches
