In general, cheap and cheerful. I can’t say by effect, I use it more as an additive that knocks down the desire to eat sweets, and not a source of protein. I replace sweets with them, I make milkshakes with banana and cottage cheese, sometimes just on water, depending on the situation. In general, I will sometimes take for a variety of tastes.
