Received used product, stay away!

Received the package with used and damaged products inside. First of all, there was white powder residue all over the item and it did not come with the mentioned balloons. Second, the letters were ripped with old tape stuck to them. This is a scam, dont waste your money!

Super easy to assemble! So cute, Can’t wait to take our little guys 1st bday pictures with this! Also customer service was amazing, emailed us the day after delivery to make sure we had no issues assembling the boxes, and wished our little one a happy bday!
