Disappointed with your rating

Bought these for my wife and I and the black is much less durable than the white. Her black one broke and it's been over 30 days since I bought it (it was a Christmas present but she's only worn it a couple of times) so I don't think I can get a refund which is very unfortunate is.

This is a cute adorable couple bracelet.

Cons

One of the bracelets is already broken, not to mention I can't tighten it.
