I am tall, and expected these leggings to be way too short. They were not! I expected the waist band to be too tight, it was not. Like almost any pair of leggings, they do have the tendency to slide down and you gotta hike them back up. But really it wasn't bad. I got these for a mermaid costume, they worked great! I wore them the next year for a fish costume and they were also great for that! I got so many compliments on them! I imagine after wearing multiple times, the shiny print will start to wear off where my fat thighs rub together. But I've now worn them 2 years for halloween, 2 nights each year, and they've held up great for that. A note about washing them, turn them inside out and don't use chlorine bleach. Don't dry in the dryer.
