I received it and after charging it, the unit wouldn't turn on until after 30 minutes of being unplugged. I've been trying to figure out this problem with customer hyperice customer support and they've stopped responding after asking me to provide a serial number that doesn't exist on the unit. Today I finally had to request a return because I charged it 2 hours ago, and still won't turn on. When it wanted to turn on, the roller worked great. The bad customer service I received from the manufacturer is what's really earning the 1 star rating, and for that, i'm not willing to try an identical unit, i'm afraid I won't get any warranty support if the need arises.
