And I mean nothing! We hung it on trees, railings, outdoors, on cars, tables, chairs, etc. - Get the shot you want with the "Selfie". How many times have I bored a stranger to take a picture of me so everyone can be in the picture? Usually the framing isn't what you want, you're lucky to get a few shots before you feel imposing and it's impossible to take the time to adjust the camera to the settings that produce a good picture . With Gorillapod, these problems are a thing of the past! Ideal for night shots or long exposures. Again, this goes for any tripod, but who would lug around a big tripod just to get better night shots? Cons: - Trouble keeping the weight of the camera in a fixed position. The mount attaches to the side of my Lumix camera. Because of this, the tripod neck sometimes collapses under the weight of the camera in certain positions, especially in situations where the camera is already slightly tilted relative to the tripod legs. So far I've usually been able to position the camera in a way that solved this problem. However, if the base/neck of the tripod was much more rigid, it would be better. If your mount is in the middle of the camera base, this probably isn't a big issue. In general, do not hesitate to buy this tripod. It has completely changed the type of photos I take and also greatly increased the number of shots I take!
