I'll start by saying i have not been ever been impressed with Ninja products I have purchased in the past. The hot/cold blender went im the trash after two uses. BUT, the Creami is divine! This product is on a much higher level! The machine itself is sturdy, well-made and has a powerful motor. It has suction cups on the base so it doesn't move while mixing. It is loud, but makes milkshakes quick!The directions contain alot of do's and don't, but the finished product is ah-mahz-ing! Most drinks take an overnight sleep in the freezer before you can mix them.It has many types of drink settings and an extensive recipe booklet, that honestly, is well written.Way to go Ninja, you have impressed this chef.
