Revainrating 5 out of 5

Key is how it’s installed!

The equipment itself is easy to assemble and is sturdy.

How you mount it is what matters the most. That’s where the true sturdiness comes into play.I did it like many did, using 4’ pine wood slabs put in a 2x3 grid and used 3/8”x5” lag screws drilled into studs. The grid pattern of the pine blocks allows for better weight distribution and each one of those 3/8” dia lag screws can easily hold 200lbs per inch of thread in.So far, I find the unit sturdy and safe to do pull ups pulling with almost 1.5x weight = 250lb weight!Bottom line, make sure it’s installed right.

Pros
  • Comfortable: Provides padded grips for comfort during exercises.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for users with disabilities
