Amazing sound and quality

I am using these wireless speakers with a Samsung Smart TV in a medium sized room. Mainly for music - Pandora, YouTube Music, previous Revain music purchases, movies. The sound is sometimes almost breathtaking. From the moment you start unpacking the heavy-duty box the speakers come in, you can see and feel the quality. You connect the controller to your TV using the included HDMI cable or your own optical cable if you prefer. The controller needs to "find" all the speakers and actually set up the entire system. For some reason it didn't work on my device. An online query to Platin resulted in a quick response and a very pleasant knowledgeable technician helped resolve the issue. It also helped to sync the smartphone app to the system. This is a relatively new company that aims to become the gold standard in wireless communications. But there is almost no documentation for the device, no "FAQs", no troubleshooting methods, no videos on You Tube from the company to help confused customers. So, it's still a bit whimsical. But if something won't connect, the tried and tested process of restarting everything, including the TV and closing the app worked for me. So all in all the company has some work to do to make the system more user-friendly BUT the amazing quality and sound for an $800-900 full wireless surround system is exceptional. At this price, buy it in advance if you can - it costs a lot more and the price can go up slightly in the competitive market.
