Good NVME but needs support.

I installed this HP Ex950 in Asus rog Gl503vs, laptop came with SATA m.2 and sshd drive. I wanted a main drive that was as fast and large as possible, so I went with the HP Ex950. Installation was easy, I cloned my m.2 ssd to sshd, then installed hp ex950 and cloned os to hp nvme. sshd reformatted and everything was fine, boot time is now 9 seconds. The 512GB Ex950 claims a read speed of 3500 and a write speed of 2000. I ran a lot of tests and all I got was 2735 and 1940. I can see the old ex920 nvme getting 3000 so I know something not true. The HP ex950 does not come with any software or information about obtaining software, such as B. driver updates included. The 950 speed I'm not getting is similar to SATA's SSD speed, instead of 6X faster than Sata m.2, I got about 5X faster, so that's a little disappointing. On nvme win10 it says the best driver is installed but the date on the driver is from 2006. I found the drivers on the MultiPointe website which has drivers for HP 920 and 950 and firmware for 920 but I don't know how to install them. I tried updating the drivers with them and the first time I tried the ex950 wouldn't boot, went to a blue screen and nothing I tried could get me back into windows so I just installed the original m .2 SSD newly cloned. I believe this nvme can run at the advertised speeds, I have seen speed tests stating that overall this ex950 is the fastest nvme currently available, but no amount of customer support is bad. I can't even find this EX950 on the HP website. When I fix the drivers I will update this review. I wouldn't say not to buy it but can't give 5 stars due to poor support. Every other manufacturer has software to work with SSD. The speeds I get are fast, don't get me wrong, just a little more than advertised and I'd be happy. Well, price versus performance, this is probably the best deal for nvme m.2. I can live with slightly slower speeds and honestly, in day-to-day use I might not even notice the slower speed, but if you're buying something that claims one thing and sees another, I expect it to be claimed (at least close the advertised rate). If HP updated the drivers with HP's update software, it would sell a lot more of them. I have never understood a company that puts so much effort into developing a great product and ruins it by not providing an easy way to update or get information. It's like HP just made this NVME and forgot they made it. It is said to be the fastest mvme currently, along with adata, which uses a similar chipset.
