Review on INVODA by Tim Springer

The INVODA Online Store, Where Disappointment Is Always Guaranteed.

Recently, I found INVODA, an internet business that promotes itself as specializing in health and home goods, medical supplies, over-the-counter medicines, and therapies. I was interested in giving them a shot because of their assurance that they would deliver high-quality goods at reasonable pricing. My time with INVODA was frustrating and unsatisfying. First of all, their website's usability is decent, but that's about it. The product descriptions lacked excitement, and the reviews from customers read like they had been written by the company. For me, who places a premium on openness and honesty, this was a huge warning sign. Still, there's more to come! My order took forever to arrive, and when it did, some items were broken. The cherry on top was the fact that my order was short one item and I never heard back from customer service about it. To further elaborate on how unhelpful INVODA's customer service is, imagine a chocolate teapot. They take forever to get back to you, and when they do, it's usually with an unhelpful, general statement that doesn't solve your specific issue. In conclusion, INVODA is the best option if you're shopping for a website that specialized in making you feel down and out. My advice is to shop elsewhere if you care about things like product quality, honesty, and service.

Pros
  • Pricing parity across a variety of products.
Cons
  • Having a delayed reaction time and providing poor customer service.
