Review on Smart Column Yandex New Station Mini - smart column with Alice (no watch), black onyx by Afi Hayden ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not everything is so bad, but there are disadvantages.

In my opinion, it did not come up to the standards that I had set for it. The annoying thing is that each "smart" device needs to be connected individually by downloading, installing, and registering in the application of the company that makes this device, then linking things one at a time in the application of the company that makes these devices, and then linking these applications to the Alice application, and in the end, it still works through time. This process can be tedious. However, if you are not at your residence and "activated the feeder," "turned off the washer," or "switched on the light for the fish," you cannot be certain that these smart things actually turned off or on and were not merely depicted as such in the program Alice "smart home." Do not create any false impressions. Go for something that has appropriate quick protocols if you want a "smart home," and be prepared to spend more than $250,000 on the entire house. And Alice is nothing more than a toy with a very limited amount of usefulness, despite the fact that the Marketing people inflated her to perfection.

Pros
  • Appropriate for the following: telling a children's fairy story; turning on your favorite song; determining the time and the weather for tomorrow
Cons
  • - The obligation to make regular payments (a subscription); - The delusion that one is able to set up a "smart house" about the second in greater detail: I purchased a column as well as two of the "Smart RGB LED bulb with Wi-Fi, Alice, Google Home, Smart Bulb 5W E14" bulbs in order to test them out. I also purchased a smart socket. In a nutshell, I attached the column, attached the bulbs, downloaded the application for the column, downloaded the application for the bulbs, logged in to the application for the bulbs, and finally linked the account to Alice. Added each light bulb to the light bulb application in its own independent step. I verified that they are included in Alice's application, and the status has already been decided. "Alice, turn off the light," and one of the bulbs goes out, while the other one ponders for almost a minute before also going out. When Alice is asked to "switch on the light," only one of the available bulbs lights up. When Alice is told to "switch on the light," nothing happens. "Alice, put the lights out." - One of the lamps goes out. There are two components included in this "Alice turn on" set. Alice, make the light turn green; one of them does, while the other one remains unchanged. I believe you are getting it.
