Review on Boppy Cuddle Pillow Pregnancy Removable by Stephanie Martel

There are positive points, but for me they are not very effective.

For me personally, this maternity pillow was not the ideal sleeping pillow. It's great that it has a washable cover, but the pillow itself is pretty flimsy and breaks easily with little effort. It's soft but compresses too easily for my needs. I haven't figured out how to use it effectively at night (maybe it works for sleep). I ended up with the Boppy Bump and Back Geo Circles Maternity Support Pillow, White/Grey and it fitted me much better in addition to the fixed knee separator pad I already had. I've never used this pillow for my head or face - and during pregnancy it didn't work as something I could comfortably curl up around because it seemed to require a sort of compact baby position that wasn't comfortable during pregnancy. . Probably the most effective method was hugging and supporting my back when lying on my side, in which case I still needed something under my stomach on the other side. But you definitely won't be able to spread your knees more than a few inches because the pillow is so soft and will break. I recommend a firm foam knee pad for this purpose. I've tried using it in a variety of ways but really haven't found the perfect method for a night's sleep. It was very bad because it wasn't a cheap pillow. They also need to be prepared to change their position when you roll over at night, and this can work if you can hold them between your knees and roll over easily. On the other hand, this pillow was much more compact than many others. Maternity and body pillows which have good reviews and were cheaper than some of the larger ones. For people who sleep with a duvet in their bed and/or possibly with a partner, a smaller size will help.
