They sent a broken package with a hole
I ordered 2 bags of this snow, one is perfect, the other one was obviously already sent to me with a hole due to the bag being repackaged into another bag and the snow leaking out of the original bag into the repackaged bag and not properly sealed , and the snow everywhere. This is a terrible way to ship something to a customer, especially when you know the item will be dirty to begin with. I've added photos that clearly show two different bags and lots of loose snow in the repacked bag that hasn't been used up yet. I am very dissatisfied with this purchase π‘ How can I return it? And at whose expense?
