Good value for money, I recommend it.

Put in HP probook 440. Unpleasantly surprised by the rumble from a transformer box. If you sit in silence, work without load, and put the laptop on a wooden table, you can hear the rumble very clearly, as if the AN-22 is somewhere on the approach. If you lift the laptop, the hum disappears abruptly. The reason is the vibrations of the disk case transmitted to the laptop. If you are wearing headphones or listening to music, then everything is OK, if you like silence, then you will have to get used to this hum after the SSD. You can put the laptop on a soft base, or try to cushion the disk itself. In general, I was surprised that a small and not the fastest drive made such a noise. As for the head parking, I don’t notice anything, it works without a characteristic crack. If you distribute torrents, then the noise of the heads is heard clearly even in headphones, so look. Here, many turn off parking, but on the contrary, in energy saving, I cut down disks after 5 minutes. And if I work on the system disk, then I get perfect silence. I've been using it for a week now.

Pros
  • 1. Compact 2. Volume.
Cons
  • Noise, but not the noise of the heads, I don’t even pay attention to the chirping, but the aerodynamic noise and vibrations that are transmitted to the laptop case.

With its pros. Small and light, just what you need for a laptop. Corresponds to the declared speeds Its cons: There are no complaints about a specific model, but the disadvantages are like all 2.5 HDDs
