I assembled it for 15 minutes (in a duo), the instructions are clear, you don’t need any additional tools for assembly (but if you conditionally use a screwdriver, you will assemble it even faster).
Pros
- The chair is durable, beautiful, comfortable, already during assembly you understand that the chair is of high quality and worth its money
Cons
- A few months later, the seat crumpled (not critical at all, and if you use a mini pillow, you won’t even notice)

Might take a bit to assemble, but it's worth it.
