This thing is a piece of shit. I know it's a cheap comp but wow. I literally took it out of the box, set it up with my email account and other info. After an hour, I can't log in to my account. After about 4,648,943,846 attempts I called HP. They informed me that they could help me after the $35 activation fee and another $14 per month for "technical support". I'm an avid user of Apple products and have been forced to buy these primarily for one time use and it looks like I'm not even benefiting from it. Then I called Amazon and they told me to return it or replace it, very nice of them, but now all my information is on the computer so I don't feel comfortable with that. I knew I wouldn't be happy with this computer given its price and the fact that it's not the usual quality I've come to expect from Apple, but my goodness, they let me down after just a few hours. If I could give this thing a negative 100 runs I would.
