Visor clips pop out easily
Let me start out by saying I love this helmet, it is very comfortable. The first time I wore it, two of the three pins that hold the visor to the helmet popped out and I lost one of the pins. I contacted Troxel customer service and they told me they don't have replacements for the visor clips(pins). Troxel offered me a replacement under their warranty program.
- nothing. It's beautiful and fits just as described.
- The helmet can be difficult to clean
