I ordered a bicycle . the courier said that it was impossible to open the goods in order to see its integrity, completeness, color . is it like that in general? And if I have another product there, or the product is damaged? . why did the support service start giving me the phone number of the supplier . they say then we have nothing to do with it . call there., find out . return . etc. . It turns out that if the goods are damaged during delivery . then the delivery service has nothing to do with it ? And why should I communicate directly with the supplier . if I buy through market.
