I have been taking this brand for 1.5 years, I decided to change the taste to vanilla, I do not recommend vanilla, all other tastes are just a tower. The protein content is excellent, 26 gr. On a stingy After training, for my sweet soul. I dilute with almond milk. Highly recommend.
