I liked this idea, but Apple's implementation of the location of the charger and the annoying frequent noise I get with Bluetooth, causing the cursor not to move smoothly moved, proved not to make it good, buy for me. The battery versions work the same, are easy to clean and much more stable. I understand why Apple put the charging port on the bottom (they have fewer redesigns), but if you happen to get caught with a dead mouse, you'll have to wait a lot longer than charge your iPhone to recover and you won't be able to use it until there. For this reason I still have an old battery mouse in the starting blocks. I've had this for over a year. Of course it was a refurbished unit so I can't really compare it to a new one, but I'm not sure if a new one would be any different.
